Easy to get confused going east on the Millenium Line

Skytrain map - simplified by Richard
Picture this. You are a tourist
and you are downtown. And you want to go somewhere on the Millenium Line e.g. Gilmore from Downtown eg. Waterfront.

What happens? Well you probably get lost because you forget to change at Broadway to Commercial.

Unless you are very familiar with train systems or you explicitly ask somebody, you won't realize that you have to change at Broadway to Commercial.

I think the system should warn you as you approach Broadway to change to Commercial for Millenium Line stations like Renfrew, Rupert, Gilmore etc.

And also I think it's misleading to label the Expo Line stations as both Millenium and Expo Line stations. Millenium line should just be used to refer to VCC Clark to Columbia.

What do you think?

great idea.

Great Idea. how about an announcement : The next station is Broadway, change here for the Millenium Line WestBound and 99-B-Line.

In addition, at Burrard. there should be an announcement, change here for the 98 B-line.

At Waterfront there should be an announcement Change here for the SeaBus.
